Group-focussed Competion
*Power to the Max is an all-group event. Entries include groups and Power Element Solos. Regular solos, duo/trios and Pre-Competitive entries ae not eligible to enter.
Reservation & Entry Process
1. Reserve your spots through DanceSync. One system for all your entry needs.
Studios reserve their spots through their existing DanceSync account. Upon completion of your reservation you will be sent a confirmation email that confirms your spots are reserved for an event.
New studios use the Account Request Form (click here) to be added to our events in DanceSync.
Online entry is through DanceSync™. Please let us know if you do not currently have a DanceSync™ account and we will have one created for you and import your studio into the event you are attending.
Returning studios, as stated above, reserve your spots through DanceSync starting July 2, 2025
Reservations for the 2026 season opened at 1:00 PM (MDT)/ 12:00 PM (PDT) on July 2, 2025
2. Complete your online entries using your studio DanceSync™ account.
Log back into your DanceSync account to begin importing dancers and creating routines.
If you are having any issues logging in or with your entries email or call our office and we will be happy to assist you.
General Entry Rules

Dance Power does not accept independent entries or individual entries. All entries must be submitted through a dance studio.

Please note a minimum of 5 entries must be submitted from a studio.

Entries are accepted on a first-come first-served basis.

Schedule and venues are tentative and subject to change. Dance Power reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of days scheduled depending on the number of entries received. A city may be subject to cancellation if less than 300 entries are received after the reservation or entry deadlines.
Notes
Dance Power reserves the right to expand or contract events based on the number of entries received.
Events with fewer than 300 entries may be cancelled or combined with another local event.
Dance Power reserves the right to cancel or postpone (if deemed necessary) due to inclement weather, force majeure or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Dance Power reserves the right to provide a panel of 2 judges if there are fewer than 4 full days of competition.
