Group-focussed Competion
*Power to the Max is an all-group event. Preference and priority will be to groups - solos, duos and trios will be allocated per studio based on the available time and a studio’s entries.
Reservation & Entry Process
1. Reserve with our PowerEntry system
Studios reserve their spots using our PowerEntry System. Upon completion of your reservation you will be sent a confirmation number that confirms your spots have been reserved for an event.
New studios use the Reservation System Account Request Form (click here) to receive a login and password.
Online entry is through DanceSync™. Please let us know if you do not currently have a DanceSync™ account and we will have one created for you and import your studio into the event you are attending.
Returning studios log into the PowerEntry System using your 2025 Tour Login Credential and Password sent to you by email earlier this year. If you have not received your login information email by June 21 or misplaced the email please contact us and we will have it send it to you again.
Reservations for the 2025 Season begin Noon (MDT)/ 11 AM (PDT) on July 1, 2024 NEW!
2. Complete your online entries using your studio DanceSync™ account.
Please let us know if you do not currently have a DanceSync™ account and we will have an account created for you and import your studio into the event you are attending.
If you are having any issues logging in or with your entries email or call our office and we will be happy to assist you.
General Entry Rules

Dance Power does not accept independent entries or individual entries. All entries must be submitted through a dance studio.

Please note a minimum of 5 entries must be submitted from a studio.

Entries are accepted on a first-come first-served basis.

Schedule and venues are tentative and subject to change. Dance Power reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of days scheduled depending on the number of entries received. A city may be subject to cancellation if less than 300 entries are received after the reservation or entry deadlines.
Notes
Dance Power reserves the right to expand or contract events based on the number of entries received.
Events with fewer than 300 entries may be cancelled or combined with another local event.
Dance Power reserves the right to cancel or postpone (if deemed necessary) due to inclement weather, force majeure or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Dance Power reserves the right to provide a panel of 2 judges if there are fewer than 4 full days of competition.
