Students entering two or three solos in the regular competition can choose to enter the Triple Threat Power Solo category.
Students will perform one solo in the Power Solo category* on the final day of the competition. The marks from that peformance will be averaged with two other solos that were entered in the regular competition.
The winner of the Triple Threat Power Solo will be the dancer who has the highest average mark for all three solos.
You choose which solo to perform in the Power Solo category and which 2 additional solos we will use to determine your "Triple Threat" final score.
In the Power Solo performance, all disciplines compete against one another.
This category is open to Division III dancers in 2 age groups: 12 - 14 years and 15 - 19 years.
* This solo cannot be entered in the regular competition.
Note: Changes to the solo disciplines will not be accepted during the competition.
Note: A minimum of only 2 entries (in an age group) are required for the Power solo categories to be held.
